Pam holding a hot chocolate at a Christmas market

Hello again, this is about me, Pam.

I go by PAM—a little remix of Ilham PAMungkas Nasution. Somehow, it stuck.

I'm a Product Designer at Coda, working across a wide range of products—from internal platforms and publisher-facing tools to player-facing commerce experiences for partners such as EA Games, Activision, Unity, and many more.

My work often sits between complex business requirements and the experience people actually use. Some days I'm designing systems that help internal teams work more efficiently; other days I'm simplifying how publishers onboard and manage their businesses, or shaping storefront experiences for players around the world.

Currently, I'm focusing on Coda Web Store, helping shape the commerce experience for publishers and players. See the launch video here!

My background is actually in tech before design. I studied Computer Science at Universitas Indonesia, which still influences how I approach product problems today—I like understanding how things work beneath the interface, how systems connect, and what is actually feasible before turning them into something simple and intuitive.

Before Coda, I worked at Kargo, where I started my product design career designing logistics products across both the demand and supply sides of the marketplace.

What I enjoy most is understanding how all the moving parts connect—the business, the technology, the people behind it, and the users on the other side—then figuring out how design can make the whole thing feel simpler.

Outside of work, I'm usually travelling, writing stories, learning Mandarin, reading, cooking, lifting weights, playing racket sports, hanging from an aerial silk, or occasionally doing absolutely nothing.
